These were the past. Now we can design things by ourselves. We can go through the right, so we think. We do better them Americans in those things. Don't try say Chinese fake things are bad, we started making them 1000 yes ago.
As a Chinese, I am very happy to see such a program. Under such a cover, China can quietly move forward. Last year, the number of international patent grants in China exceeded that of the United States.
here lies the problem anyone who wants to own a business in china must have a chinese counterpart and when that happens they now have access to all your business secrets and then they start another business with your secrets ! President Trump wants to stop this unfair treatment to american businesses ! Hey if chinese people want to open a business in America they can without an American counterpart ! How do you think Chinas economy has grown so fast and so large now ! besides cheap labor !
It would be funny if it wasn't so serious. I work in the drone industry and every time when a new developer thinks of an innovative and clever technology within weeks sometimes days it can be bought from ebay or other online stores as a clone. The copies are almost always a terrible material quality but within a short period the copied items are manufactured using better quality materials. So the Chinese copy the new tech, make money selling cheap knockoffs then use that money to develop the technology further. What it does is it puts the original developer out of business by making the product too cheap and being unable to compete when customers start buying too many. Then the Chinese copier are able to spend the profits on developing the technology further and then have taken that market for themselves. It is going on so frequently that it is becoming impossible to continue in this business for many western companies. I live in Australia and this is happening to New Zealand, United Kingdom and Europe markets, and Australian and American markets. It is now at the point where western markets are unable to compete because it has been happening so long Chinese markets now have the edge over ours because they have more automated factories and have displaced us from the manufacturing industry. Stolen tech is now at such a level that the chinese have pretty much taken over. There should be a fair and level playing field in business but I think this problem is too late to fix.
I'm afraid if I remove everything made in China from my house, I'll feel like a Flintstone character…
I'm a middle aged middleclass Belgian consumer, I buy Samsung, Toshiba, Bosch, Liebherr, Kitchenaid, Cuisinart, Kenwood, … God knows how many components of their mid-range products are actually made in China? We bought Huawai products, they work fine, but they're not as sturdy as Samsung, so we went back to Korea... My previous car was a Toyota made in Czech republic (the old empire :)), the new one is a Smart made in Slovenia (again, the old empire :))… my wife drives a BMW, previous car was Audi, but I but all the electronic components in those cars is also Chinese...
dont realy care about what he says, its all Western propaganda, but this TV host, are very ugly, and look like middel east terrorist. could you channel find a guy more white, so the news will sounds more trusty to the wasten Idiot audience plz.
Artemether/lumefantrine, aka Coartem, the ingredient and invention of which, originated from China, was robbed of its patent around the world by Norvatis (Switzerland), at a time when China was new to the world stage and had no idea of patent protection.
The American products after the II WW were good. Then the American products started to become expensive. The US invest in Japan, and Germany in order to rebuilt them and keep them as allies against Russia. The American companies heavily invested in the Japanese Industrial capability. Then suddenly the Japanese products became expensive too. US tried Mexico, Indonesia, Malaysia, but it was not the same rapid growth as Japan. Suddenly they discovered China. The Chinese communist Party show the messages of destruction from the other ex-communist countries, and decided that the reform was the only solution. They done it and the Industrialization of China was born. The US wants its citizens to be able to buy a lot of stuff with their salaries. The US industry although they have great design capabilities has an expensive labor. This is why everything is made in China. If China becomes expensive then there is Vietnam,..... and God knows what is next. Do not blame yourselves because you buy Chinese products, It is the system which push you towards this.Chinese are good and hard working people. They do not steal your money. They produce and you buy their products. They use to work in the rice fields with wet feet, and now their standard of living is much better. The Globalization is controlling the money. Money is thin air. The value is the Gold, but please HAVE IN MIND that we live something like 80 or 90 summers. Try to be happy, and spend those summers with friends, family, and everyone you love. Try to help people if you can. Those are the Human values we all have no matter the color of our skin. we are visitors in this Earth.Have a nice day all of you.
Offshore projects are a strategic line of Rosneft’s business activity. Rosneft is a pioneer in the development of the Russian shelf. Most of the fields of the Sakhalin shelf have been discovered with the participation of the Companys specialists. The deposits of the world-famous Russian offshore projects "Sakhalin-1" and "Sakhalin-2", as well as the Kirinskoye field, were in course of geological prospecting works of 1975-1993. In 1998, Rosneft specialists drilled Russia’s first horizontal well with an extended reach from the Sakhalin shore, in the Odoptu-Sea, the North Dome, therefore starting the oil production at the continental shelf.
Today, the Company is the largest subsoil user on the Russian shelf: as of January 1, 2017, owns 55 licenses for the water areas of the Arctic, Far Eastern and Southern seas of Russia. The hydrocarbon resources in these areas are estimated at 41.5 billion tons of oil equivalent. The Company also implements the offshore project in the Black Sea, off the coast of the Republic of Abkhazia; explores and produces hydrocarbons on the Vietnam shelf; participates in projects on the shelves of Norway, Mozambique and Venezuela.
The main regions of Rosneft’s license blocks:
Western Arctic - Barents, Pechora and Kara Seas (19 projects) Eastern Arctic - Laptev Sea, East Siberian and Chukchi Seas (9 projects) Far East - Sea of Okhotsk and Sea of Japan (20 projects) Russian Southern seas - Black, Azov and Caspian seas (8 projects)
As of 01/01/2017, the Company conducts geological exploration of subsoil resources in 45 license blocks located on the Russian shelf and inland seas of Russia. 10 licenses were issued for the exploration and production of oil and gas, including the production of hydrocarbons at 7 sites. License obligations have been delivered in full.
Today, Rosneft’s key oil and gas production projects on the Russian continental shelf are Sakhalin-1, the Northern part of the Chaivo and Northern Dome of the Odoptu-Sea deposits .
